When you sell your device, its remaining warranty protection can travel with it to the new user. To enable this, we have an official Warranty Transfer Agreement. This simple but vital paperwork logs the change of ownership in our system, formally acknowledging the new holder as the point of contact for all future support.
For a successful transfer, it’s essential that both the original purchaser and the new recipient complete and co-sign the agreement at the point of transaction. This procedure equips our support team with the correct details, most critically the new owner’s details. This information is paramount for streamlining any necessary service, such as processing a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) for technical assistance or a replacement, guaranteeing the next owner receives the same high standard of care.
